馬孝棋 （回名：哈志•伊斯哈克）1960年生，在台的南京回族第二代後裔。
自幼生長在回教（伊斯蘭）家庭，受父親的信仰與生活薰陶，奠定日後的人生規劃與發展。
1976年在家人的鼓勵下入高雄清真寺學經，1977年赴利比亞成為投身伊斯蘭學習與工作的轉捩點。在利10年獲加路尤尼斯大學宗教與社會學的學士學位之後回國，立即報效國家完成兩年的國民義務役。
1992年抱其宗教的熱忱來到台北求職，感受社會多元的洗禮，經過深思選定了自己的宗教回饋教眾與社會服務的工作，轉眼功夫已過16個年頭。歷經不同職務，面臨過許多心酸挫折亦有無數喜悅與興奮的往事，迄今我始終如一的是：不放棄自己的理想做自己要做的事，將成與敗的結果交給我心中最感恩的最敬拜的主宰－安拉真主－，希望有朝一日伊斯蘭能在這塊美麗的土壤上開花節果與其他宗教共展善顏。
